Charter of Membership of the Network of Experts and Consultants « Richat Talents »

  • Article 1 :
  • Richat is committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and is committed to sharing it only with your explicit consent.

    Richat also undertakes to publish your complete profile only if your explicit consent is obtained. Otherwise, only part of the profile will be published (skills, expertise) without the indications of name, place or other information that could lead to determining your identity.

  • Article 2 :
  • Richat reserves the right to accept or reject the profiles offered to it. Its choices are based on an estimate of its current and future needs, Richat does not have to justify this to the applicants. In all cases, Richat's decision is communicated to the applicants. Previously, Richat may ask the latter to better specify the elements of their file, and to require them to provide proof of the validity of the declared skills and experience.

  • Article 3 :
  • The Richat edatabase is freely accessible. Accessing and depositing information shall not create any reciprocal obligation. Richat is under no circumstances required to provide a commitment to the applicants whose files it accepts. The profiles registered in the database are not committed to Richat, in particular as regards providing services to Richat.

  • Article 4 :
  • For applicants and profiles registered in the database, the service offered by Richat is completely free.

  • Article 5 :
  • Richat may be solicited by public or private third parties seeking profiles for employment. In this case, Richat may agree to link applicants with certain profiles registered in its database, subject to acceptance by the latter. It may freely charge applicants for this intermediation service. Profiles will have to accept or reject this type of solicitation in advance as soon as they are registered in the database.

  • Article 6 :
  • Les profils enregistrés disposent d’un libre accès et d’un droit de regard sur les données qui les concernent personnellement dans la base. A tout moment, ils peuvent, amender, corriger ou compléter ces données.

  • Article 7 :
  • Only Richat knows the identity of the profiles registered in his database. It may not disclose that identity to third parties without the express agreement of the profiles concerned.

  • Article 8 :
  • Failure by the registered profiles to demonstrate the validity and justification of the skills and experience they have declared may lead to their removal from the base. Alerts and warnings may also be issued beforehand. Richat reserves the right to exercise these sanctions on its own initiative, without having to justify it and without prior notice.

  • Article 9 :
  • Since the need for precise profiles in the context of its activities alone determines the mobilization of the people registered in the base, Richat is not obliged to make known profiles that do not correspond to the requests made to it.

  • Article 10 :
  • Richat freely accepts recommendations and sponsorship of all types favoring applicants or registered profiles and this from any person, registered himself in the database or not. Richat can ask the profiles registered in its database to comment on the quality of the applicant profile. However, this cannot be done without the applicants concerned having given their prior consent when applying for registration in the database.

  • Article 11 :
  • Profiles registered there are free to report on their participation in the Richat base. However, they may not report solicitations or commitments received as a result of being registered in the latter without an explicit agreement. Between the registered profiles, Richat reserves the possibility to create events and networks of alumni, networking, professional intranets and internal messaging, to which the membership of the profiles will be completely free.
